All vendors must agree to both the Liability Release and the Prohibited Items Restriction Guidelines in order to have their application considered.
[Vendor Liability Release]
In consideration for participation as a vendor at 1d4Con 2019, the vendor does hereby, on behalf of himself/herself and of their personal representative(s), dependent(s), spouse and children and any other parties that may become beneficiaries of the vendor, release and forever discharge 1d4Con and its staff from any claim for damages, liabilities, or actions resulting from any loss, damages, or injury, to include death which might or could hereafter arise under the laws of the State of West Virginia, that may be sustained by the vendor, or to any property of the vendor.
Vendor is aware of the risks that are involved with participation as a vendor at 1d4Con and hereby elects to voluntarily participate with full knowledge that doing so may be hazardous to myself, my personal property and/or my company. Vendor voluntarily assumes all risk for loss, property damage, theft, or personal injury, including death, which may be sustained by undersigned or anyone associated with vendor company as enumerated above, whether or not caused by negligence of the vendor.
Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 1d4Con and its staff for any loss, damages, fees, fines incurred by 1d4Con and/or its staff due to vendor’s participation.
Vendor acknowledges that 1d4Con does not provide any form of insurance (including, but not limited to insurance for general liability, personal injury, and/or property damage) for vendor participants. Vendor acknowledges that vendor should review and understand their own insurance portfolio before participation. Vendor understands that it may, at its own cost, obtain insurance for vendor company, the undersigned, any staff and/or personal property. Should vendor choose not to obtain their own insurance, vendor does hereby acknowledge and agree that their participation at 1d4Con is without the protection of insurance.
The undersigned hereby acknowledges and agrees that I am authorized to sign this Release on behalf of the vendor and that my submission of the Vendor Registration Form will bind vendor company.

I understand and agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the Clarion Inn & Conference Center of Shepherdstown, WV and the 1d4Con staff.
As a vendor, I understand that the sale of the following items is strictly prohibited.
- Food and beverage
- Weapons, to include replicas
- Any item prohibited or considered illegal in the US or the State of West Virginia.
